GROW WITH US!
We welcome you in the
name of our
Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ!
Our Mission: To extend the love and care of
Jesus Christ to all people

Pastor
Bruce Betker Farewell Service
Our church and school
campus is located on Kamehameha highway just one half-mile west of Likelike
highway. The families of Saint Mark are friendly—we are your neighbors. We
come from many cultural and religious backgrounds and live throughout Oahu.
Since our beginning in
1954, the Lord has blessed us with a worship center, next a school, and now
an expansion project.
We are one of more than
6,000 churches of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. We have missionaries
stationed around the world; we are committed to world relief and outreach
in every corner of the globe.
“For
God so loved the world that He
gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall
not perish but have everlasting life” John 3:16.
We believe and teach Christ crucified, risen,
and returning,
and that. . .
The Holy Bible, both the
Old and New Testaments, is the inspired word of God. This Word we regard as
unalterable and complete—the one authority for faith and life.
We were created holy and
innocent, but of our own free will violated God’s law, thus separating
ourselves from God.
God, out of His pure
mercy, redeemed humankind from sin. Because He loves us, He sacrificed His
only Son, Jesus Christ, who kept the law in our stead and paid the penalty
for the guilt of the human race by his suffering and death. His
resurrection from the dead gives us the assurance that Christ’s sacrifice
was acceptable to God.
All who believe in Jesus
Christ as their only Savior have been forgiven, are righteous in God’s
sight, and will inherit heaven.
